Bad cholesterol is known to clog up the walls of blood vessels. This build up increases blood pressure. Avocados increase good cholesterol, which will help in lowering blood pressure.
Lastly, avocados are rich in dietary fibre. The fibre is not easily digested which helps you feel fuller for longer and keep your blood pressure regulated and stabilized. However, do note that avocados tend to be higher in calories and should therefore be eaten in moderation.
